Vancouver, Canada-based Green Over Grey has produced the largest "green wall" in North America. The 3,000-square-foot wall—the side of a local library and police station—is covered in more than 10,000 individual plants. According to Patrick Poiraud a principal at Green Over Grey: "The living wall helps to insulate the building, purify the air and transforms the grey concrete into hundreds of shades of green."
