These days, Scotland's 13th-century Kelburn Castle is the subject of much controversy; it was colorfully graffitied by a bunch of Brazilian street artists and not everyone's happy about the new public art. Under the original agreement, the Earl of Glasgow, the castle's resident, would strip the paint after three years—that deadline is upon us, and he's now petitioning for it to remain.
