Friends star Courteney Cox is set to divorce her husband of 12 years, actor David Arquette. While we're always sad to see a relationship go down in flames, at least this one is packed with pricey real estate for the two to bicker over. The Real Estalker is reporting that the couple's Beverley Hills estate, a 5,000-square-foot sprawler designed by A. Quincy Jones (above), will soon hit the market for an eye-watering $20M. That'll mean plenty of cash to quibble over, especially considering the pair purchased the property for $5.45M back in June 2004. We're still waiting to see if Cox's Elle Decor-worthy Malibu compound, into which the couple sunk some $17.15M, will also be hitting the market.
