As far as the pedigree of American royalty goes, this is going to be seriously be hard to top: a 1850 Italianate mansion in Philadelphia's pleasant, upscale Society Hill that was once home to Michael Bouvier, the great-grandfather of Jackie Onassis (née Jackie Bouvier). The house has endured many iterations since Bouvier first moved here from post-Napoleonic France; the most recent owner renovated the six-bedroom, 8,000-square-foot space in 2009, outfitting it with names such as Duravit, Hansgrohe, and Dacor. (Lord, what would a notably more traditional antiques lover like Jackie have to say about the lack of cabinet pulls?) Now, 13-foot-high ceilings highlight the newly sleek, streamlined interiors, which include fun extras such as a sauna, an elevator, an enormous floor-to-ceiling limestone fireplace, and a roof deck. All this modernity doesn't come cheap, though: this guy's asking $3.199M.
