Country's Costliest Mobile Home Sells For $2M—in Cash

New, 1 comment

Upward mobility! Moving on up! These are just two of the many puns one can make about the country's most expensive mobile-home sale of the year, featuring a 2,330-square-foot number in the swank Malibu, Calif., mobile-home community of Paradise Cove. Originally listed for $2.55M, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom home has just sold to a buyer who paid $2M in cash. Sited on a bluff overlooking the Pacific, the property also has a two-car garage and beach access, not to mention Baywatch babe Pam Anderson as a neighbor.
