Esquire's Ultimate Bachelor Pad 2011

While Hearst reps aren't ready to formally announce anything yet, we've gotten reliable word that this year's Ultimate Bachelor Pad—Esquire magazine's balls-to-the-wall version of a showhouse—will take over the triplex penthouse at One Main Street, AKA the Clocktower Building, in Brooklyn's DUMBO nabe. The magazine's last NYC showhouse (2009) boasted a $45K pool table with schmancy motion sensors, so we're expecting even bigger, much manlier things this time around. As for that hot piece of real estate: the space is currently on the market for $23.5M or $50K/month; view the listing photos over here. More info to come once the Ultimate Bachelor Pad opens in October. [CurbedWire; Curbed NY]
