The world's first mobile building is a three-story, 9,300-square-foot, 40-foot-tall apartment building that will be rented out for a duration of time and then moved at the owners' whim. Special, lighter steel replaces what would ordinarily be cement, making its 220 tons one-fifth the weight it would be normally. It's located in Turku, Finland—for now. [Gizmodo]
