The man who has spent more time in front of a television camera than any other in history, Regis Philbin has finally sold his Greenwich mansion, which just went into contract for $3M. Philbin first listed his home in the tony suburb in 2008 for $5.8M, which was later chopped to $3.9M, before selling for almost half its original ask. (Apparently the high-end real estate tips he received on-screen from Selling New York star broker Michele Kleier last summer didn't really have their intended effect.) The six-acre estate features a pool and tennis court in addition to the 6,000-square-foot main house.
