While one of her hot Bay Area properties may be nearly sold, One Kings Lane cofounder Alison Pincus and her husband, Zynga founder Mark Pincus, are still trying to unload another one: a six-bedroom mansion in San Francisco's wealthy Presidio Heights neighborhood. Listed for $8.9M, the place spans 4,000 square feet and has a penthouse suite with a terrace, an au pair suite on the lower level, and a courtyard. Inside: striped walls, patterned carpets, a funky yellow kitchen backsplash, and eclectic furnishings ranging from leather barstools with nail head detail to green Moroccan poufs. The couple bought the place for $8.1M in late 2009, just months after the birth of One Kings Lane.
