The Skinny: We must admit, we've never really understood the proliferation of Mediterranean-style homes in the United States, but they sure have caught on in some of our sunnier states like Texas, where this Dallas number stone home does its best to mimic a Moorish-influenced Spanish hacienda. For a recent build, the exterior is quite convincing, particularly out back, where a tiled portico overlooks a swimming pool flanked by cypress trees.
