The pop rapper Drake—previously better known as Jimmy on Canadian kids show Degrassi—has just listed his pair of apartments in Miami Beach's Marquis. The two high-floor units, which have been combined, are offered for $2.5M, a $600K premium over what he paid just a year ago. [The Real Deal]
