Last week, ex-Mrs. Tiger Woods Elin Nordegren demolished her $12M 90-year-old house in North Palm Beach, making way for—apparently—nearly the same exact thing. TMZ got its hands on plans for the structure, which shows nine bedrooms, two kitchens, a pool, a grotto, a wine cellar, and three guest bungalows. From the looks of things, the new digs will sport roughly the same look of the old ones; then again, Nordegren walked away with a $100M divorce settlement—she can probably afford to build this house many, many times over.
