The 7th-century abbey and 17th-century cloister gallery on the grounds of France's Saint-Pierre d'Hautvilles, birthplace of Dom Pérignon Champagne, have been carefully restored by artisans and craftsmen well versed in traditional building and architectural adornments of those eras.
