We last wrote about this Cotuit estate in August for our Shark Week edition of Curbed Comparisons. It was the "one-of-a-kind masterpiece" with a shark-proof infinity pool overlooking the Bay. First listed in July 2010 for $12,500,000, two pricechops had brought the listing down to $10,500,000. Now the property, owned by Jim E. Feldt, the former executive vice president of Toys "R" Us, is hitting the auction block. Sheldon Good & Company Luxury Residences is handling the sealed bid auction and "interested bidders" have until November 28 to "name their price." Anyone care to guess how much the winning bid will be?
