The Skinny: This week, voters were thrown off by the amenity-rich East Falmouth property that starred in our guessing game. The vast majority of clicktavists overestimated the asking price for the four bedroom with a two-plane hanger, but it's completely understandable since the place was once asking much more than the current $1,150,000. First listed in January 2009 for $1,590,000, three pricechops in three-plus years have brought the listing to the current ask.
