The Skinny: The 5,000-square-foot penthouse where Calvin Klein installed a hot tub on the roof and tore down all the interior walls when he owned it in the '80s and '90s has hit the market for $35M. Now the glassy perch belongs to former records executive Steve Gottlieb, who bought the 12-room unit from the fashion designer in 1999. Since forking over $8.6M, Gottlieb has given up on his grand plans to combine the empty space with his 18th-floor residence below.
