Legendary 49ers wide receiver Jerry Rice has re-listed his San Francisco estate, this time around asking $10.5M for the manse in Atherton, Calif. It's been over a year since the mansion's last appeareance on the market went afoul: the buyers pulled out of the agreement last minute, and while they agreed to forfeit $330,000, Rice still brought them to court late last year. Presumably that's settled now, as Rice is back at it, again trying to unload his 13,908-square-foot pad. Though perhaps not as grandiose or disco-fabulous as other NFL homes, like, say, the outlandish estate Joe Montana heaved onto the market some time ago, Rice's French chateau-style home has plenty of stately amenities, including what will henceforth be known as "the NFL amenity cocktail:" a deep-fryer, a pizza oven, and a gym stuffed with half a million dollars' worth of muscle-making doodads. Also in Rice's not-so-humble abode? A movie theater, seven-car garage, wine room, sauna, steam room, and cold-plunge pool. Check it out above.
