It may not have the same bells and whistles (and cannons), celebrity connection, or fascinating backstory as other private islands out there, but this property, in tiny Milan, N.H., also comes without the stratospheric price tag of those other rocky piles. In fact, says the Journal today, Nay Pond Island, asking $119,900, is actually the cheapest private island in the country. It's not glamorous, that's for sure, but owning a woodsy, 400-square-foot lodge on half an acre of scenic land doesn't sound half bad. View the interiors below.
