Of the 12 priciest Boston sales of the year (so far), the cheapest is a 4,181-square-foot triplex that traded in August for $4.5M. It spent eight months on the market, which means the city must not have any clothes horses whatsoever: the four-bedroom home has a whopping 14 closets. It doesn't appear that any of them are ultra ridiculous or excessively large but, still, that's a heck of a lot of room to store those preppy cable-knit sweaters. [Curbed Boston]
