After attempting to rent out his beachfront pad for an eye-popping $75K a month in July, America's favorite mega-rich, mega-beautiful Titanic passenger Leonardo DiCaprio is looking to unload his place for good, listing the sizable abode in Malibu, Calif., for $23M. The home, a narrow seven-bedroom with a rare patch of green abutting the boardwalk, is embraced by the body-guarding gates of the celebrity-saturated Malibu Colony, but is otherwise sort of unremarkable, particularly at that price point. The decor's blah factor might even be the reason why nobody was eager to rent the place this summer—well, that and the fact that a short-term lease bumped the rent to a positively exorbitant $150K a month. Here's the prediction: whoever drops $23M on this place will be so obscenely wealthy that dropping tens of millions on real estate is as easy and forgettable as buying toilet paper. (That's your cue, Larry Ellison.)
