When we wrote about this shingle-style overlooking Quissett Harbor in May, we wrongly assumed that the sellers had gone for a discount staging package. Alas, it was minimalism, not frugality, at work in the "lightly used as a summer retreat" property. The 4,758 sq. ft. Cape Cod contemporary was built in 1994 and although it looks crooked, we're pretty sure it's just the low quality listing photos and not the actual house that could use a V8. After three pricechops and a new broker, the four bedroom with shared dock has shed $545K and returned to market asking $2,350,000.
