Although apparently still under construction, these new 4 bed, 4 bath condominium is stacked with all kinds of architectural goodies, from an blocky asymmetrical facade to a grass-roofed garage to floor-to-ceiling glass and a hot mix of steel, stacked stone, and wood beams. While no sexy interior renderings are available, the realtor assures us these two "condos" are built for entertaining, which which of course we assume means hosting a party where you can piss off your former German ski instructor boyfriend by showing off your new fling. For $1.35 million, you think you'd get a more creative address than "Enclave Way," though.
