Two Slopeside Lewis Ranch Homes Drop Prices... Somewhat

Copper Mountain's Lewis Ranch is one of the few slopeside offerings with serious square footage and a pompous stone gate in Summit County, and two of its properties just came down in price. 500 Beeler Place bills itself as a "pure ski home," despite having copious amenities that only your kids will have energy to indulge in after skiing, like a game room, card room, and movie theater, although true skiers aren't immune to falling asleep in the hot tub. This 4 bed, 5 bath metal and stone home encompasses 5,357 square feet, and just last month came down $230,000 from a $3,725,000 asking price to $3,495,000.

Pop up the street, swap the game and card rooms for another grand and change of square footage, and you're at 650 Beeler Place. The home theater decore gets a bit more adult friendly, perfect for when you pop in Hot Dog the Movie and get motivated for the next powder day with a mix of 80's freestyle skiing and, well... boobs. The place fills up 6590 square feet with a wine room that would take you more time to fill than you'll spend there, and 6 bedrooms and 8 baths to house the relatives or drinking buddies. Curiously enough, this property actually went up in price before coming back down. It started at a smooth $3.3 million, went up to $3.8, and is now sitting just a hair under $3.4 million.
