The Skinny: This Brewster beach house first hit the market in January 2010 asking $999K. The condo has since met with the pricechopper three times in the nearly three years it's been on the market. The last pricechop, in April, brought the ask down to $899,900, almost a full $100K. As for our asking price guessing game, the majority of voters were [drumroll] on the money this week.
