Daniel Libeskind Erects Forest of Towers on Singapore Harbor

New, 11 comments

One of the most substantial projects completed recently by the globetrotting starchitect Daniel Libeskind, this 2,000,000-square-foot residential development comprises 17 separate buildings and more than 1,100 units. Known as Reflections at Keppel Bay, the project was completed in December, and is centered around a sheltered marina opposite the lush island of Sentosa. Six curved towers serve as the focal point of the property, which is distanced from the bustling urban center by acres of park-like grounds, while a glittering swimming pool and swooping cooper-roofed pavilion offer some architectural interest from the units' floor-to-ceiling windows. All those towers bring plenty of space for penthouses—there are 35 to be exact—including a 13,300-square-foot "super penthouse," yet to hit the market, that will be priced above $25M.
