The folks over at Zillow Blog brilliantly assembled the housing strategies of the 2012 presidential candidates into the chart above. Obama's plan is pretty much diametrically opposed to the general stance held by GOP frontrunners Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich, and it's no surprise that his endorsement of the Home Affordable Refinance Program (which would allow homeowners to refinance at less than 4 percent) hasn't been sitting well with Republicans.
