In the Times Appraisal column today, an 18-year-old whines about not get any commission from—things like, oh, say, $30M apartments. He represents a larger sector of the unpaid real estate intern contingent, "an ambitious group willing to do anything, earn nothing and wake up early on a Sunday to fluff the couch cushions at your open houses."
