Come, Let's Take a Tour of Philadelphia's Worst House

New, 2 comments

The sun is shining, the bird are chirping, the first day of spring is upon us, and somewhere in Philadelphia this creepy house of dolls is still harping on Christmas. Look past the holly and adventurously blurry photography and the five-bedroom Federal-style townhouse, first discovered by Curbed Philly, actually has a great deal of potential, with lovely details such as 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, crown moldings and baseboards, and even a wood-burning stove. The 1925 row house is listed for $399,900.
