Interior design doyenne Charlotte Moss is trying to sell off the Aspen retreat hat was featured in the Dec. 200 issue of Elle Decor. Wooed by the view of Aspen Mountain, Moss and husband Barry Friedberg bought the 7,800-square-foot five-bedroom a few years ago, filling it with Moss hallmarks such as Venetian plaster, floral chintzes, 19th-century tapestries, paisley fabrics, dramatic chandeliers, canopy beds, and a mix of antiques. The property, which writer Mitchell Owens described as "an aristocratic family’s historic chalet transported from the Alps to the Rockies," is listed for a staggering $22.5M.
