Here's a Rendering of a Condo Tower Designed by Missoni

Missoni, the Italian fashion label that managed to bring a whole nation to its knees with its sold-out budget collection for Target, is a big fan of putting its stripes and patterns on larger projects such as hotels and, soon, residences. Today the Times blog The Moment gets a look at the new Missoni condo tower that's set to rise in the Philippine capital of Manila. The 52-story Acqua Livingstone, which will cost $315M to build, is already a quarter sold out, with one-bedroom units starting at $82K and a bonkers top-floor amenities funhouse called the "Canopy." “Coming from the outside you’re going to be surprised," marketing director Vittorio Missoni told The Moment. "It’s like opening a box and discovering something unexpected.”
