What do Jason Wu and a $3,500 dining table have in common, you ask? Turns out Wu has designed just that for the NYC-based home-furnishings brand Canvas, and the collection (lace-embroidered pillows, metal furniture) hits stores today. “I’ve always loved the rustic, slightly worn style of Canvas and that element of an artisanal hand,” says Wu, who was inspired by Jacques Adnet and midcentury Danish design. “It’s so inherently chic.” [Vogue]
