Glee's Kevin McHale, who plays the paraplegic crooner Artie Abrams on the show, just gone into contract on a home for himself in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. The midcentury gem, which seems to be in impeccable condition, boasts down canyon views of city lights, walls of glass to help enjoy those vistas, and some quirky touches, like bright pink kitchen cabinetry. The 23-year-old McHale purchased the property for $1.025, $70K less than the list price, but even with the discount he'll be bedding down in a master bedroom fit for a king, with sliding glass doors that open onto a rare level lawn. There's no swimming pool, but the price does include a two-car garage, central air conditioning, and two bedrooms for guests.
