Underway in Detroit: a monstrosity of an estate with both an eight-car garage and a 12-car garage, as well as a huge natural limestone fountain called “The Garden of Eden." No surprise that the builder has this to say: it was "done to not only inspire people to live in Detroit, but also [...] that others would folllow & re-populate Detroit to over 1 million!"
