Artie Lang, the longtime on-air sidekick of shock jock Howard Stern, is claiming that new New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow will be his neighbor in Hoboken, N.J. Previous reports claimed that Tebow, recently named one of Time magazine's most influential people in the world, was settling down next door to fellow QB Mark Sanchez at the Trump National Golf Club, but these new reports suggest the devout pigskin hurler will be taking in views of the Manhattan skyline from just across the river. Lang lives in The Constitution building, a 13-story luxury condominium in Hoboken's Uptown neighborhood. According to The Real Deal, the Jets had asked that Tebow find a home in Jersey, close to the team's training facility, and not in Manhattan, where he may become distracted and, er, corrupted. Still, this report hasn't been confirmed by any Tebow reps and local officials and police say they haven't heard anything about the QB moving into town, so this one stays firmly in the rumor column.
