Treehouse "Frank Lloyd Wright Would Have LOVED" Asks $375K

New, 6 comments

Here's something for those who've always dreamed of owning an octagon in Bucks County, Pa.: a stilted three-bedroom, two-bathroom house with nearly 360 degrees of windowed walls. One of Topsider's famous prefab homes, this property, asking $365K, was built in 1979 and is bordered by preserved land, according to the listing. The brokerbabble also talks up the outdoor elevated pathway one must amble down in order to reach the detached garage, all the fauna on the 6.5-plus acre plot—deer, blue herons, and so on—and decries that "Frank Lloyd Wright would have LOVED it here!" Never mind those low, beamed ceilings and miles of wood inside: Wright owns the following quotations: "Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you," and "I believe in God, only I spell it 'Nature.'" So yeah, that's probably a safe bet.
