The controversial, 377-foot Anish Kapoor-designed sculpture for London's Olympic Park has been completed, and it's still not receiving much positive press. The glorified observation tower, which looks a lot like a roller coaster without the ride, was paid for by Indian steel giant ArcelorMittal, so at least public money wasn't spent on this monstrosity.
