The Oak Bluffs house previously rented by the Obama family for their annual Martha's Vineyard vacation is on the market for $3,295,000. The first family vacationed at the property for a number of years, as did Obama senior advisor Valerie Jarrett. In 2009, the Obama family relocated to a more secure West Tisbury location, although the brokerbabble insists the residence is, "fit for a President." The 28-acre West Tisbury compound was also recently on the market and sold last winter for $22 million. The President will be on the campaign trail and will be skipping the Vineyard vacation this summer.
The waterfront 17-room ranch-style house in East Chop overlooks Nantucket Sound. Built in 1970, the property includes seven bedrooms, five and half bathrooms in 4,000 sq. ft. and there's potential to add a dock.
