Buffett Investment Prowess Extends to Son, Troubled Tower

Warren Buffett, sometimes lovingly referred to as the "Oracle of Omaha," is perhaps America's most famous and most admired investor. While his son, Peter Buffett, chose a different career path—as a musician—the Buffett "Midas Touch" may very well be herediary, as the scion recently sold his luxe condo at NYC's "formerly troubled" One Madison Park for $150K more than his asking price, after taking a drubbing from Curbed NY commenters over his asking price. Granted, he ran into some good fortune when mega-developer Related took over the building and settled a number of pending lawsuits. The 18th-floor three (but really two) bedroom went for $4.25M, according to the New York Post.
