Usually Batman's foes are super villains like Penguin or The Riddler, but in a new graphic novel starring the Caped Crusader, dubbed Batman: Death by Design, the superhero must track down those responsible for a series of "seemingly unrelated accidents in the midst of one of Gotham City’s largest construction booms."
