NEW YORK CITY—Details are leaking out about an upcoming Manhattan tower that's set to become the tallest residential building in New York at more than 1,300 feet. Designed by Rafael Viñoly and developed by Harry Macklowe, the building at 432 Park Avenue is expected to cost $1.2B, but, according to the prospectus, is projected to net $2.5B once sales are completed.
