Nendo Does Minimalist Bathrooms; NYC's Newest Super-Tall

ITALY—The Italian furniture firm Bisazza Bagno teamed up with Japanese designer Nendo to create an ultra-minimalist bathroom collection. The collection is designed to look like it could all fit in—and was just unpacked from—the "crate-like" wooden bathtub. [Dezeen]

NEW YORK CITY—Details are leaking out about an upcoming Manhattan tower that's set to become the tallest residential building in New York at more than 1,300 feet. Designed by Rafael Viñoly and developed by Harry Macklowe, the building at 432 Park Avenue is expected to cost $1.2B, but, according to the prospectus, is projected to net $2.5B once sales are completed.
