Dipping Data

Some new housing data was just released and it shows that the number of home buyers who signed contracts in April dipped to the lowest level since December. But do these grey clouds indicate a larger storm looming on the horizon? Many analysts don't seem to be that worried (today's numbers are still more than 14% higher than April 2011) and think that a one-month setback doesn't change overall positive trajectory of the housing market.
