Even This Dude Poor Can't Believe the State of His House

New, 3 comments

Houses that cost $69,900 generally come with a catch, whether they're bank-owned or in horrible disrepair or located in some god-forsaken corner of the universe. To be sure, this place is a 1,200-square-foot single-story residence is located in Byron, Mich., a village whose 2000 population was recorded at less than 600. Then there's the batch of shoddy listing photos, which contains one of—just guessing here—the owner. He appears to be staring at the whole scene in disbelief. Would it have been too much to ask photographer to wait until the poor guy ducked out of the frame?
