The Skinny: Back in 2010, this classic Cape Cod estate was listed for $16.9M and made the Business Week list of the most expensive summer homes in the country. Despite the press, the 3.47-acre waterfront compound in West Yarmouth, Mass. failed to sell and remains on the market, but with a much reduced price tag of $7.9M. Well, that's only half of the story.
