Rumor has it that reality television wunderkind Kim Kardashian and multimedia mogul Kanye West both just listed their respective homes. Coincidence? Or does this mean that the two lovebirds have decided to move in together? Although neither property is officially on the open market - they're "pocket listings" - area real estate brokers are said to be actively shopping the places around to prospective buyers. West's ultra minimalist home (above) is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath modern in the Hollywood Hills designed by the Italian designer Claudio Silvestrin that includes an aquarium in the shower. He bought it in 2003 for $1.7M and last had it listed in 2010 for $3.995M. He is likely seeking a similar number for the place today.
Kardashian's much more lavish pad is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath mediterranean villa in Beverly Hills with a "terrific flow and warmth" that she snagged in 2010 for $3.4M (when the above listing photos were taken) and is said to be seeking $5M for the place today.
And if these two properties do sell? Word is that they're both looking to take things slow (for once) and are planning on moving into a low-pressure rental somewhere.
