A tipster wrote in to tell us about Cataumet, "the Cape's best kept secret." We'd featured the most expensive listing in the area, but our tipster promised there were better gems to be found. We're thinking this Amrita Island property is what they meant. Located on its own point overlooking Squeateque Harbor, the 1.28 acre waterfront property definitely checks the privacy box. Built in 1952, the house is a three bedroom, four bathroom 2,243 sq. ft. ranch with views, views and more views from almost every room. Outside, there's a deep water dock, stairway to the water, and a waterside deck. Getting back to the views, we're so obsessed with the photos of the "phenomenal & ever-changing" sunset views that we might start painting (or just make it wallpaper on our laptop).
