This being the summer, it might be an odd time to think about buying a ski house, but it's a great time to get an entire ski resort on the cheap. According to ski rag Powder, there are currently four ski areas up for sale in the U.S., including Echo, a 226-acre resort on the outskirts of Denver, Colo., which is heading to auction on August 2.
