Unlike, say, abundant or dramatic, the word “generous” implies something that we don’t really deserve. We didn’t have to give you all this dining area, this listing seems to say. We could have made you eat at the kitchen counter and you would have done it. You would be eating OFF THE FLOOR if it wasn't for this incredibly generous patch of kitchen floor that is just big enough for a table and six chairs. Let us all take a moment to give thanks to this dining area, and its generosity.
One would think that using the amount of tiles necessary to cover an entire floor would be standard, not generous, but what would one know?
There's actually a phrase that we use to describe a bonus room. It's "a room."
This is clearly not a large room, but gosh darn it, it loves America, and that's good enough for us.
