Today the Wall Street Journal takes no prisoners in a piece on Brooklyn's Fourth Avenue, a developing strip that's billed as a "depressing wasteland of cheap materials and designs." It's also a "canyon of mediocrity" and one glitzy new condo building along that corridor is "a pallid, prison-like structure [...] that towers menacingly over its next-door neighbors." Yowzers!
