Here's the newly released trailer for The Queen of Versailles, the documentary by Lauren Greenfield about billionaire developer David Siegel and his wife, Jackie, and their superhuman pursuit to build the country's largest home. At 90,000 square feet, Florida's "Versailles" first came on the market as a stalled project for $75M ($100M if completed) in 2010 and was PriceChopped to $65M ($90M if completed) in March. The film—featuring a peek into the Siegels' 30-year relationship ("He doesn't need Viagra, but at least there's that option if he does") as well as the development of their massive property ("We never set out to build the biggest house in America, it just kind of happened")—premiered in January at the Sundance Film Festival; it hits theaters on July 20.
