Country crooner Kenny Rogers' grand resort in Georgia, which hit the market for $20M a year ago and was supposed to be headed to the auction block, has sold without so much a swing of the gavel. The Polynesian-style estate, set on 150 acres, scored a paltry $2.25M. Something to surely sing the blues about. [11 Alive.com via Curbed Atlanta]
